East Hants Chiropractic also offers personalized instruction and small group Pilates classes for mind, body and purpose.
We have a small group training studio with sessions focusing on alignment, mobility, flexibility, strength, and balance. Reduce stress, deepen your core connection, prevent injury, and gain comfort in your own body. By practicing Pilates your performance is enhanced and overall fitness is amplified.

TRX Suspension Training®
Born in the Navy Seals, TRX Suspension Training® is a fun and dynamic leveraged bodyweight exercise using adjustable straps suspended from a single anchor point. This single-point attachment provides the ideal mix of support and mobility to train your strength, power, flexibility, balance and endurance centres all at once and across a wide range of resistance levels. You will also burn calories and strengthen your core. You will experience a total-body, functional workout where you control the intensity of each exercise. All exercises can be instantly scaled for any user to reach any fitness or training goal. TRX Suspension Training® is ideal for clients of all ages and abilities.

Sessions
Private, semi-private and small group sessions, (4-8) participants are available for Pilates Mat and (4-6) for TRX.

Reformer Pilates is available for private and semi-private sessions.

All classes and private sessions are by appointment only. Build a buddy class with min 4 participants. Class schedules change frequently, with morning and evening times available.
